THE PHILOSOPHY
THE CONSERVATORY was founded to meet the needs of young people who are interested in the arts. The Conservatory established its school in 1999 in Los Angeles, California.
Its purpose is to give students with potential and ability the opportunity to acquire the proper instruction and professional training in the arts.
